We manufacture and supply fabricated products including, but not limited to, scaffold towers, washing line posts, trestles, and custom metalwork. All items are sold via our WooCommerce-powered online store and payment is processed securely through PayPal.

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an error in pricing, product description, or payment issues.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments collected through PayPal, most major card providers accepted

  • Full payment must be received before dispatch.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all standard items within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom or fabricated-to-order products may take longer, and estimated times will be communicated via email.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, weight, and location.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return unused standard items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

  • Returns must be in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • This does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, or improper installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hill Top Fabrications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Always ensure items are installed and used correctly and safely.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and product information on our website are the property of Hill Top Fabrications and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
