Fast Free Delivery on Domestic DIY Scaffold Towers

Orders for complete towers and accessories for dispatch at the same time are Free of Delivery charges (to most English and Welsh Postcodes; see below for surcharges). Orders for accessories are Free delivery via FEDEX, DX, or Royal Mail. For any enquires please call our sales team on 0121 556 9666. For Large or Multiple orders discounts might be available, please call the number provided.

Small & Medium Items

We offer a fast delivery service with most items dispatched 1-2 day service. For same day dispatch with next day delivery, call the sales team on 0121 556 9666. We cannot guarantee next day on all deliveries so best to call and speak to the team. We send Medium-sized Parcels to most mainland addresses via Courier on a NEXT ‘WORKING DAY’ service. Our handling time is 1 day. For example, if you order on a Friday by 12pm, you will normally receive your order the following TUESDAY (between 8 am and 6.00pm). However, this is NOT a guarantee, as we rely on carriers to ship items and many factors can affect the dispatch of orders such as carrier staffing levels and vehicle breakdowns. Small parcels (below 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail on a 2 – 3 working day service.

If no one is home the goods maybe left safe on the property and a picture taken. At this point the good become your responsibility. If you wish the good to be signed for please leave delivery instruction with the order or call the sales team. 

Bank Holidays and Weekends are not classed as a ‘working day’. If the delivery date is important to you, please contact us to confirm arrangements. We can also arrange delivery for specific days if required. 

Large Items

Large items such as Scaffold Towers, Trestles, may be left safe on the property and a picture taken for proof of delivery if no one is home. If this is not acceptable please call to arrange delivery. Once delivered to your property they become your responsibility. If no delivery instructions are provided either by phone or with the order and the item cannot be left safe, then the item will return to the depot and may incur a redelivery charge.

Please make sure you provide an up-to-date mobile phone number in case we need to arrange delivery or our carrier needs to contact you.

If we can’t contact you, this may delay the dispatch of your item.

Liability

We use external carrier companies to ship our goods and shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by customers due to late deliveries, which can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Goods

We use third-party carriers to deliver goods, and occasionally, damage does occur in transit. All items leave us in new, unused condition (unless otherwise stated).

Consumers

You have up to 4 working days after the day you receive the item to advise us if any goods are damaged. Please advise us via email and include photographs of the damage. For returns, please refer to our refunds and returns page for more details.

Trade/Business/Commercial customers

Goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that goods have been received in satisfactory condition. The seller shall not be held responsible for any damages reported after a signature has been obtained.

Surcharges

Northern Ireland/Southern Ireland

We do not deliver direct to Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland. Collection can be arranged via our sales team by arranging your own transport. Damage of goods after collection will not be our responsibility.

Scottish Highlands & All Offshore Islands

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands will be subject to a surcharge. Please call us before placing your order for a quote.
