Delivery

Please refer to this page for full details Delivery

Damaged Goods

We use third party carriers to deliver our goods and sometimes damage does occur in transit – when items leave us they are in new unused condition (unless otherwise stated).

Consumers – You have up to 4 working days after the day you received the item from us, to advise us if any goods are damaged. Please advise by email and include photographs of any damage you have spotted. If you wish to return any item to us please refer to the refunds and returns page for more details.

Trade/Business/Commercial customers – Goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that goods have been received in a satisfactory condition.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for any damages reported after a signature has been obtained.

Warranty

We offer a minimum 12 month warranty for all items we sell. Any evidence of miss use will void the Warranty.

Secure Payment

Payment can be made using PayPal which processes payments via their secure site. Credit/Debit card payments are processed via ‘Braintree’ (a PayPal operated service) which incorporates the latest security available to ensure your card details cannot be compromised. We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard). You can also pay by bank transfer (account details on request). We also use G-Pay and WOO Payments that use encrypted processing of payments.

Cancellation/Returns Policy

Cancellation of orders and Returns are accepted within 14 days of original receipt of goods and are subject to the following conditions – The buyer must advise in writing or by email (info@hilltopfabrications.co.uk) that they wish to return the goods.

The goods must be unused and in new, re-saleable condition (returned with all original packaging) and the buyer must arrange and pay for the goods to be sent back to us within a further 14 days after advising us they are to be returned. We recommend using a fully insured service and goods must be packaged suitably for shipping via carrier as goods damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the goods and established the items are in re-saleable condition, a full refund will be given via the same method as the original transaction and in the case of credit/debit cards refunds will only be given back to the original card used in the initial transaction.

Due to the size of many of our items, it is often difficult for the end user to organise the return of large items. If we are asked to arrange a return, please be aware that our carriers do not insure items during the return journey to us. Therefore, the cost of any damaged or missing items will be deducted from your refund. Also, the return journey cost must be paid upfront before collection. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS transfer or via Paypal.

Refunds can take up to 7-14 working days after we receive the goods back and may vary depending on the bank or card issuer.

Returns beyond 14 days after receipt cannot be returned for a refund, although in certain circumstances, we may permit this, but we reserve the right to deduct restocking charges (15% to 35% of original goods value, depending on the item) and all carriage charges will be deducted from any such refund.

Returned goods which are damaged in transit back to us or are not considered to be in new, resalable condition will not qualify for a refund and you must make arrangements to collect the goods from our premises within 14 days after we have informed you of this. If the goods are not collected within 30 days, then we reserve the right to dispose of the goods to reclaim warehouse space.
